Investing in Doctors Through Experience
At Lightwave, we believe the best way to support our doctors is to invest in their growth. That means creating opportunities to learn from leading clinicians, gain hands-on experience, and continue developing skills that elevate patient care.
Recently, 15 doctors from the Lightwave community traveled to Guatemala through a partnership with ORCAA Global, where they participated in an intensive implant training program alongside experienced faculty and peers from across the dental profession.
The experience combined advanced clinical education with real-world application, allowing doctors to expand their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and learn from some of the most respected professionals in implant dentistry. The program challenged participants to think differently, refine their techniques, and deepen their expertise in a collaborative learning environment.
While in Guatemala, doctors also had the opportunity to provide care to patients with limited access to treatment. For many participants, serving these communities added an important perspective to an already transformative educational experience.
