Organizational Support
We believe in continuous improvement. Eligible clinicians receive $12,000 toward continuing education each year. From advanced equipment, specialized software, or Lightwave mentor doctors, you’ll be supported as you grow.
Clinical Training
We offer internal continuing education courses across a range of clinical disciplines including endodontics, periodontics, implant surgery, orthodontics, and more so you can grow your skills, your practice, and provide excellent care.
Leadership Development
Created specifically for doctor leaders, our leadership development program is customized to each leader’s current skill set and context. You’ll strengthen leadership capability, decision quality, and real-time leadership effectiveness.
