Lightwave University
As the educational hub of Lightwave Dental, Lightwave University brings all clinical learning under a single, university-style structure. Our curriculum ranges from advanced implant mastery and hygiene education to leadership development and mentorship. Plus, we offer up to $12,000 every year per eligible clinician. Delivered in a variety of formats, Lightwave University offers the tools, knowledge, and confidence you need to grow.
Annual Kick-off
Our Annual Kick-Off is a dental leadership conference that builds connection, leadership, and excellence across the organization. The weekend conference tackles topics central to the everyday clinical experience of our members, delivering high-impact support that sustains your work as a leader and clinician.
Elevate
ELEVATE reflects Lightwave’s deep commitment to dental hygienists and the role they play in the success of our dental practices. A series of annual regional weekend retreats, ELEVATE is a chance to celebrate hygiene excellence while participating in continuing education sessions that empower the highest levels of care every day.
