What are we looking for this year?

LAUNCH Talks: 3 to 4 Main Stage Speakers

  • Launch Talks are main stage, TED-style talks meant to inspire others to lead. These talks are more emotional and personal than practical. Launch talks are targeted for 20 to 30 minutes of speaking time.
  • What you’ll get: One-on-one support both virtually and on-site the day of the event from our professional speaking coach (she’s brilliant). Our speaking coach will help you form your narrative, prepare, and deliver your talk.
  • What to do now if you’re interested: Click the “I’m Interested” button below and provide a short explanation of the general idea of your talk (Full Name, Job Title, Brief Description of the call to action you are most interested in, Are you presenting/performing alone or with others? If so, please list their names.).

Breakout Talks: 6 Breakout Speakers

  • Breakouts are 30-to-60-minute sessions meant to deliver a practical idea to a group of 25-50 people. Despite content being more practical, we still want special, personal, and memorable experiences. These talks can be delivered by individuals or small groups. This year, we’re giving breakouts a deeper purpose by concentrating solely on our group, rather than incorporating any sponsored breakouts.
  • What you’ll get: Supported by our speaking coach through group virtual sessions plus additional group sessions with other breakout speakers and our Mission Control team.
  • What to do now if you’re interested: Click the “I’m Interested” button below and provide a short explanation of the general idea of your breakout (Full Name, Job Title, Brief Description of the call to action you are most interested in, Are you presenting/performing alone or with others?
