River Run Dental & CarolinasDentist Win Big at PRSA Awards

WOODBRIDGE, VA — Marketing campaigns for two dental practices in the Lightwave community recently came home with new hardware at the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Blue Ridge Awards on Feb. 27, 2025, in Roanoke, VA.

The annual awards celebrate regional agencies, organizations, and nonprofits for their outstanding public relations campaigns over the previous year. Lightwave digital marketing partner LeadPoint Digital produced two Gold award-winning campaigns, one for CarolinasDentist and one for River Run Dental Spa.

The CarolinasDentist campaign won Gold in the Paid Media Tactics category for its Google ads results. CarolinasDentist operates 13 locations in North Carolina. Leadpoint created a revolutionary Google Ad campaign that helped to increase new patient leads by 431% and increase booked appointment rates by 10%.

The River Run Dental campaign won Gold in the Marketing Products or Services Campaigns category. River Run operates six locations throughout Richmond, VA. Leadpoint implemented a comprehensive search engine marketing strategy utilizing Google Ads, search engine optimization, and Google map listings, resulting in double-digit growth in key measurables.
